1eachClove garlic, minced
teaspoonGrated fresh ginger
2tablespoonsButter or margarine, melted
4cupsCoarsely shredded cabbage
½cupCoarsely grated carrot
2teaspoonsSoy sauce
¼teaspoonFreshly ground pepper
teaspoonPaprika

Directions

Saute onion, garlic, and ginger in butter in a large skillet 2 minutes. Add cabbage and carrot; stir-fry over medium heat about 5 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender. Stir in soy sauce, pepper, and paprika.
