|1 cup||Onions -- thinly sliced|
|10||Garlic cloves -- finely chpd|
|¼ cup||Olive oil|
|Parmesan cheese -- to taste|
|Black pepper -- to taste|
|Black or green olives -- or|
|Pitted and chopped|
|1 pounds||Bread dough|
Form bread dough to pan. Brush dough with olive oil and set aside.
Lightly saute onions. Sprinkle the dough liberally, with black pepper, add sauteed onions,"raw" chopped garlic, parmesan, and olives. Bake at 350 until bottom is lightly browned, about 30 to 40 minutes.
