Provencal pizza

Measure Ingredient
2 tablespoons Olive oil
4 mediums Onions -- slice thin
½ teaspoon Salt
½ teaspoon Rosemary -- crushed
¼ teaspoon Pepper
3 Plum tomatoes -- sliced
1 12" pizza crust
1 cup Parmesan; grated -- divided
½ cup Kalamata olives; pit --
Chop
2 ounces Can flat anchovies -- drain
2 tablespoons Basil -- julienne
¼ teaspoon Cracked black pepper

Preheat oven to 450~. Heat olive oil and add onions, salt, rosemary and pepper; cook, stirring occasionally, until onions are tender and golden. Arrange tomatoes over crust. Sprinkle with ¼ c Parmesan.

Top with onions, anchovies, basil ¾ c Parmesan and pepper. Bake 10 minutes. Per Slice 315 Cal, 14 Gr Fat.
