Shrimp with mustard garlic mayo

Yield: 8 Servings

Measure Ingredient
½ cup Light mayonnaise
4 teaspoons Lemon juice
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
¼ teaspoon Pepper
1 Clove garlic, minced
1 Green onion, chopped
1 pounds Large frozen cooked shrimp, thawed

In bowl, stir together mayonnaise, lemon juice, mustard, pepper; garlic and green onion. (Can be covered and refrigerated for up to 1 day.) Serve with shrimp. Makes 8 servings.
