Mango mayonnaise and shrimp

| ¼ | cup | Light sour cream |

| ⅛ | teaspoon | Pepper |
| 2 | tablespoons | Lime juice |
| 8 | ounces | Medium shrimp; cooked, shelled and deveined |
| 20 | Melba rounds or toasts | |
Directions
In small bowl, combine mayonnaise, mango puree, sour cream, salt, pepper and lime juice. Spoon mayonnaise mixture onto melba rounds; top with a shrimp.
Makes 20 servings. Preparation time: About 10 minutes.
