Shrimp castaneda

| 1½ | pounds | Fresh shrimp |
| 1 | teaspoon | Ginger, minced |
| 1 | medium | Onion, sliced |
| 2 | tablespoons | Butter |
| Salt to taste | ||
Directions
Sauce: 1 cup soy sauce ¼ cup sherry 2 squeezes of fresh lemon juice Saute onions and ginger in butter. When the onions are slightly cooked, add the shrimp. Stir fry for 2 minutes. Add salt and I use a couple of dashes of Accent. Mix soy sauce, lemon juice and sherry in a bowl. Pour sauce over cooked shrimp while still in hot pan.
