Shrimp and scallops a la leo

Yield: 8 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 ounces Butter
1 \N Clove garlic; finely chopped
½ cup Chopped scallions
1 pounds Raw medium-size shrimp; peeled & deveined
1 pounds Raw bay scallops
1 pounds White mushrooms; washed with lemon and water
1 \N Lemon; juice of
4 ounces Dry vermouth
½ teaspoon Dill weed
⅛ teaspoon Cayenne pepper
1½ ounce Brandy

Melt butter in large skillet; add garlic, scallions, shrimp and scallops; sauté for 3 minutes. Add mushrooms and sauté for 2 minutes. Add lemon juice, vermouth and spices. Simmer for 5 minutes; add brandy and serve with French bread.
