Shrimp & scallops in wine sauce

Ingredients

3poundsMedium shrimp; cleaned
3poundsBay scallops
4tablespoonsButter
½cupCornstarch
4eachesTo 6 cups milk - depending upon desired consistency
cupWhite wine
6cupsWhite rice; cooked

Directions

Cook shrimp and scallops until done; set aside; slowly melt butter in a saucepan adding cornstarch, then milk, stirring constantly; add wine, shrimp and scallops serve over rice. Yield 12 servings.
