Shrimp and scallops in wine sauce

3poundsBay scallops
4tablespoonsButter
½cupCornstarch
6cupsMilk; or less, depending upon desired consistency
cupWhite wine
6cupsCooked white rice

Directions

Cook shrimp and scallops until done; set aside; slowly melt butter in a saucepan adding cornstarch, then milk, stirring constantly; add wine, shrimp and scallops serve over rice.
