Shredded slaw with creamy horseradish dressing

2cupsFinely shredded green cabbage
½Red bell pepper; julienned
½cupSnow peas; blanched and julienned
¼cupMayonnaise
2tablespoonsSour cream
1tablespoonCider vinegar
1teaspoonDijon mustard
2teaspoonsBottled horseradish; drained
Tabasco; to taste

Directions

In a small bowl, whisk remaining ingredients. Gently toss with the cabbage until well coated.

Serve immediately.
