Shredded slaw with creamy horseradish dressing

| ½ | cup | Snow peas; blanched and julienned |
| ¼ | cup | Mayonnaise |

| 1 | tablespoon | Cider vinegar |
| 1 | teaspoon | Dijon mustard |
| 2 | teaspoons | Bottled horseradish; drained |
| Tabasco; to taste | ||
Directions
In a small bowl, whisk remaining ingredients. Gently toss with the cabbage until well coated.
Serve immediately.
