1 teaspoon | Dry mustard |
½ cup | Brown sugar |
1½ cup | Water |
2 tablespoons | Vinegar |
2 tablespoons | Lemon juice |
1 tablespoon | Flour |

Brown meat. Put in large casserole. Brown onions in pan. Add: Bring ingredients to boil. Pour over meat. Bake at 400 degrees for 1¼ hours.
Turn meat in juice during baking. Drain 2 cans of butter beans. Add beans to casserole. Cover and bake 1 hour longer.
