Yield: 4 Servings
|1 can||White shoe-peg corn|
|1 can||French style green beans|
|1 can||Small English peas|
|1||Jar (small) chopped pimento|
|1 cup||Green onions; chopped|
|1 cup||Chopped celery|
|½ cup||White vinegar|
|½ cup||Salad oil|
Place all ingredients (except those for marinade) in a container that can be closed. In a saucepan bring to a boil the items listed for marinade. Let cool and pour over vegetable mixture. Let marinate several hours.
Very different and colorful.
