1 can | White shoe-peg corn |
1 can | French style green beans |
1 can | Small English peas |
1 \N | Jar (small) chopped pimento |
1 cup | Green onions; chopped |
1 cup | Chopped celery |
½ cup | Sugar |
½ cup | White vinegar |
½ cup | Salad oil |
½ teaspoon | Salt |
1 dash | Tabasco |
MARINADE
Place all ingredients (except those for marinade) in a container that can be closed. In a saucepan bring to a boil the items listed for marinade. Let cool and pour over vegetable mixture. Let marinate several hours.
Very different and colorful.
