Cheesy mushroom and broccoli casserole

Quantity | Ingredient | |

1 | pounds | Velveeta; cut into cubes |
2 | packs | Frozen chopped broccoli |
2 | cans | (medium) mushrooms; drained |
1 | cup | Crushed Ritz crackers |
¼ | Stick butter |
Directions
Place broccoli in boiling water until it breaks up and turns bright green.
Drain well and place in a baking dish (I use the larger corning casserole).
Stir in cheese cubes until melted. Mix crackers and butter and sprinkle over top. Bake in 350 degree oven until topping is browned slightly.
