Rice broccoli cheese turkey casserole

1packFrozen chopped Broccoli (cooked according to directions)
2tablespoonsMargarine:
½cupDiced onion
¼cupDiced celery 8 oz. jar Cheez Whiz or 1 c. cubed Velveeta Cheese
1canCream of mushroom soup (or cream of chicken)
2cupsCubed cooked turkey or chicken (can also use Shrimp or Ham) small jar of chopped pimentos
3Eggs (beaten slightly)
3tablespoonsWater
1teaspoonSalt
3cupsFlour

NOODLES

Saute part "B" in margarine. Combine all ingredients and place in casserole. Cook 30 minutes at 350 degrees. This dish freezes well.

NOODLES: Beat eggs just till foamy. Add water and salt. Add flour little at a time to a soft dough. Roll out (the secret to noodles is to roll them thin). Let dry (½ hour to 2 hours - depending on humidity) till edges start to curl. Cut in 3" strip. Stack and cut about ¼" wide. Spread out and let noodles continue to dry.
