Sherbet punch

Ingredients

cupSugar
3cupsLemon juice
cupPineapple juice
1quartGinger ale or champagne or white table wine
2quartsSherbet; (up to 3)
1quartWater
3cupsOrange juice
2cupsWater

Directions

Cook sugar and 1 qt. water together until sugar is dissolved. Chill. Add fruit juices, 2 cups water and chill. When ready to serve, stir in ginger ale or wine, then drop in sherbet by scoops.
