Sherbet punch

Ingredients

| 4½ | cup | Sugar |
| 3 | cups | Lemon juice |
| 2½ | cup | Pineapple juice |
| 1 | quart | Ginger ale or champagne or white table wine |
| 2 | quarts | Sherbet; (up to 3) |
| 1 | quart | Water |
| 3 | cups | Orange juice |
| 2 | cups | Water |
Directions
Cook sugar and 1 qt. water together until sugar is dissolved. Chill. Add fruit juices, 2 cups water and chill. When ready to serve, stir in ginger ale or wine, then drop in sherbet by scoops.
