Sherbet punch

Yield: 25 Servings

Measure Ingredient
4½ cup Sugar
3 cups Lemon juice
2½ cup Pineapple juice
1 quart Ginger ale or champagne or white table wine
2 quarts Sherbet; (up to 3)
1 quart Water
3 cups Orange juice
2 cups Water

Cook sugar and 1 qt. water together until sugar is dissolved. Chill. Add fruit juices, 2 cups water and chill. When ready to serve, stir in ginger ale or wine, then drop in sherbet by scoops.
