Shanghai manor cabbage

Yield: 4 servings

Measure Ingredient
8 cups Cabbage -- shredded
½ cup Chicken stock
2 teaspoons Tahini
2 teaspoons Ginger root -- grated
4 \N Cloves garlic -- minced
1 teaspoon Ground coriander
½ teaspoon Ground cumin
½ teaspoon Chili powder
2 teaspoons Soy sauce

Place cabbage in 2 Tbsp of stock in large skillet over medium-high heat. Stir quickly until the cabbage begins to wilt. Remove from heat. Add tahini, ginger, garlic, coriander, cumin, chili powder, remaining stock and soy sauce. Return to low heat, cover, and steam for 10-15 minutes or until tender. Stir occasionally. Serve hot.
