Sesame semolina bread

Measure Ingredient
---Small Loaf---
1 cup Water
1 tablespoon Olive oil
1 tablespoon Barley malt syrup
1¾ cup Semolina flour
¾ cup All-purpose flour; unbleached
½ cup Sesame seeds
¾ teaspoon Salt
1 tablespoon Vital wheat gluten
1½ teaspoon Active dry yeast -Large Loaf---
1¾ cup Water
5 teaspoons Olive oil
5 teaspoons Barley malt syrup
3 cups Semolina flour
1 cup All-purpose flour; unbleached
1 cup Sesame seeds
1½ teaspoon Salt
5 teaspoons Vital wheat gluten
2 teaspoons Active dry yeast

Pour all wet ingredients into bread machine baking pan. Measure all other ingredients except yeast into baking pan. Sprinkle yeast over dry ingredients, being careful not to get yeast wet. Use rapid bake cycle on your machine for this loaf.
