1 can | Sesame Seeds; 2 1/2 Oz. |
2½ cup | Flour |
2½ teaspoon | Baking Powder |
1 teaspoon | Salt |
⅓ cup | Butter |
⅔ cup | Sugar |
2 \N | Eggs |
1 cup | Milk |
1. toast sesame seed till lightly golden, about 10 minutes, while preheating oven to 350 degrees. 2. Stir together flour, baking powder, salt and 2 tbs. sesame seeds.
3. Beat together butter, sugar and eggs until well blended.
4. Stir in flour mixture alternately with milk.
5. Mix until blended.
6. Turn into 2 well-greased 8 x 4 x 2" loaf pans; sprinkle with remaining sesame seeds.
7. Bake about 45 minutes, or until pick comes out clean.
