Sesame ramen chicken salad

| 2 | packs | (3 oz) Chicken Flavored Ramen Noodles; broken & cooked drained/cooled |
| 6 | cups | Green cabbage; shredded |
| 3 | cups | Diced cooked chicken |
| 1 | cup | Celery; thinly sliced |
| 1 | cup | Green onions; sliced |
| ½ | cup | Carrots; shredded |
| ½ | cup | Oil |
| ⅓ | cup | Rice vinegar |
| 3 | tablespoons | Sugar |
| 2 | tablespoons | Toasted sesame seeds |
| 1 | tablespoon | Soy sauce |
| 1½ | teaspoon | Salt |
| ¾ | teaspoon | Pepper |
| ½ | teaspoon | Minced fresh garlic |
Directions
Cook Ramen Noodles in enough water to cover, adding flavor pkts. In a large bowl, toss together ramen noodles, cabbage, chicken, celery, onions and carrots. In a small bowl, whisk together remaining ingredients until sugar dissolves. Pour dressing over cabbage mixture and toss until all ingreidents are well coated. Chill for 1 hour before serving. Serving Ideas : Nice make-ahead pot-luck dish. Try using Savoy cabbage.
NOTES : Can use diced cooked turkey as substitute for chicken. This was delicious.
