Ramen noodle salad

| 1 | each | (13 OZ) PKG. CHICKEN FLAVORED RAMEN NOODLES |
| 1 | teaspoon | BUTTER |
| ¼ | cup | FINELY CHOPPED CELERY |
| ¼ | cup | SHREDDED CARROTS |
| ¼ | cup | THINLY SLICED GREEN ONIONS |
| 1 | tablespoon | FINELY CHOPPED GREEN PEPPER |
| 1 | teaspoon | LEMON JUICE |
| 1 | teaspoon | SOY SAUCE |
| 2 | tablespoons | MAYONNAISE |
Directions
Bring water to a boil. Crumble noodles, and add to water; stir in seasoning packet. Return to a boil, and cook 2 minutes, stirring often. Drain. Combine noodles and butter, stirring until butter melts. Add celery and remaining ingredients, stirring gently to coat. Cover and chill 3 to 4 hours. Yield 2 servings.
