Sesame beef a la jemmy's wok

Ingredients

| 3½ | teaspoon | Soy sauce |
| ¼ | teaspoon | White pepper |
| 4 | teaspoons | Sugar |
| 1½ | teaspoon | Vinegar |
| ½ | teaspoon | Chopped garlic |
| ⅓ | teaspoon | Chili oil |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Sesame oil |
| 12 | ounces | Flank steak; sliced** |
| 1 | Green onion; sliced | |
| 2 | teaspoons | Sesame seeds; toasted |
Directions
** Slice beef about 2 inches x 4 inches x ½ inch Combine soy sauce, pepper, sugar, vinegar, garlic, chili and sesame oils in a bowl. Add steak pieces. Marinate approximately 2 hours, turning the meat over occasionally. Broil meat over hot coals. Sprinkle with green onions and sesame seeds just before serving.
