1eachHerring boned & skinned cut into 1\" diagonal pcs.
cupRed wine vinegar
½cupOlive oil
2teaspoonsSugar
2teaspoonsDried dill chopped or -
2tablespoonsDill fresh & chopped fine

Directions

Mix everything except the fish together. Place fish in deep dish and pour the mixture oevr it. Refrigerate for 4-6 hours.
