1 | each | Herring boned & skinned cut into 1\" diagonal pcs. |
⅓ | cup | Red wine vinegar |
½ | cup | Olive oil |
2 | teaspoons | Sugar |
2 | teaspoons | Dried dill chopped or - |
2 | tablespoons | Dill fresh & chopped fine |
Directions
Mix everything except the fish together. Place fish in deep dish and pour the mixture oevr it. Refrigerate for 4-6 hours.
