| ⅓ | cup | Chopped pecans; or walnuts |
| ⅓ | cup | Sunflower seeds |
| ⅓ | cup | Poppy seeds |
| 2 | tablespoons | Caraway seed |
| 1 | cup | Warm water |
| ⅓ | cup | Milk; warmed |
| 1 | tablespoon | Oil |

Directions
Ingredients should be at room temperature. Liquids (and 'warmed' ingredients) should be at 120-130 degrees. Add ingredients in order given.
