Seafood medley in patty shells

| ½ | teaspoon | Salt |
| 3 | cups | Half and half cream |
| ¼ | cup | Dry sherry |
| 6 | ounces | Cooked crabmeat |
| 6 | ounces | Cooked shrimp |
| 6 | ounces | Cooked lobster |
| 8 | Baked patty shells | |
Directions
In a medium saucepan,melt butter.Mix in flour.Cook 2 to 3 minutes.Add mustard,paprika,cayenne pepper,nutmeg and salt.Slowly,mix in cream.Cook,stirring until mixture comes to a boil and thickens.Stir in sherry and seafood,cut into bite size pieces.Fill patty shells.
