Seafoam coleslaw

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 pack Lime jello
1 cup Hot water
¾ teaspoon Salt
¾ cup Cold water
2 tablespoons Vinegar
⅔ cup Mayonnaise
¾ teaspoon Celery seed
1 dash Pepper
4 teaspoons Grated onion
2 cups Finely shredded cabbage

Dissolve jello and salt in hot water. Add cold water, vinegar, mayonnaise, pepper, onion and celery seed. Blend thoroughly with fork or egg beater.

Chill slightly until it just starts to thicken. Fold in cabbage. Pour into mold. Chill until firm. Unmold and serve on a bed of lettuce leaves.
