Scotch chops with honey lemon sauce

| ¼ | cup | Melted butter |
| 2 | tablespoons | Honey |
| 1 | tablespoon | Minced parsley |
| 1 | tablespoon | Grated lemon rind |
| 4 | Scotch lamb chops | |
Directions
Combine butter, honey, parsley & lemon rind; brush ½ of mixture on lamb. Broil chops 3-4" from heat for 5-7 minutes. Turn & brush with remaining honey mixture; broil 5-7 minutes longer. NOTE: Scotch chop is breast of lamb, stuffed with ground lamb & sliced.
