Chicken piquante

Quantity Ingredient
1 \N Frying Chicken, Cut up
¾ cup Rose Wine
¼ cup Soy Sauce
¼ cup Olive Oil
¼ teaspoon Oregano, Ground
¾ teaspoon Ginger
\N \N Pineapple Juice
2 tablespoons Brown Sugar

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Saute the chicken in butter until well browned in a large, deep pan. Make a sauce of the other ingredients. Pour the sauce over the chicken. Cover and bake for 90 minutes.
