¾ | cup | Rose Wine |
¼ | cup | Soy Sauce |
¼ | cup | Olive Oil |
¼ | teaspoon | Oregano, Ground |
¾ | teaspoon | Ginger |
\N | \N | Pineapple Juice |
2 | tablespoons | Brown Sugar |
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Saute the chicken in butter until well browned in a large, deep pan. Make a sauce of the other ingredients. Pour the sauce over the chicken. Cover and bake for 90 minutes.
