Measure | Ingredient |

1½ pounds | Ground turkey |
½ cup | Cream of Wheat |
½ cup | Egg substitute |
½ cup | Ketchup |
1 \N | Clove garlic, minced |
1 teaspoon | Dried basil leaves |
1 pack | (10 oz) chopped spinach, thawed, drained |
½ cup | Chopped red pepper |
¼ cup | Minced onion |
1 tablespoon | Country-style Dijon mustard |
1 tablespoon | Honey |
In large bowl, thoroughly combine turkey, cereal, egg substitute, ketchup, garlic and basil. Stir in spinach, pepper and onion. Shape into 9x4-inch loaf. Place in greased 13x9x2-inch baking pan. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
Blend mustard and honey; brush over meatloaf. Bake 15-25 minutes more or until internal temperature reaches 165°. Let stand 10 minutes before slicing.
