Perfect turkey loaf

Ingredients

2 | pounds | Ground Turkey |
3 | slices | Stale Bread; pulled into crumbs |
2 | Eggs; slightly beaten | |
1 | medium | Onion; minced |
¼ | cup | Green Pepper; minced |
2 | tablespoons | Prepared Horseradish |
2 | teaspoons | Salt |
1 | teaspoon | Dry Mustard |
¼ | cup | Evaporated Milk |
¾ | cup | Catsup |
Directions
Lightly mix all ingredients except ½ cup of the catsup. Mold in a 9 x 5 x 3" loaf pan. Spread top with remaining ½ cup catsup. Bake in a preheated 375øF oven for 1¼ hours. Pour juices from pan. Unmold loaf onto a heated platter. If desired, use juices to make gravy.
