1 medium | Head of cauliflower |
¼ cup | Water |
½ cup | Mayonnaise |
1 tablespoon | Instant minced onion |
½ teaspoon | Dry mustard |
¼ teaspoon | Salt |
4 slices | Colby cheese |

Cut cone shaped wedge out of cauliflower core. Place cauliflower, upside down, and water in a 1½ qt dish. Cook covered on high 9 minutes. Turn over halfway. Drain. Mix mayonnaise, mustard and salt.
Spoon over top of cauliflower. Lay cheese slices on top. Cook uncovered on medium 1 minute, until cheese has melted. Sprinkle with paprika. Let stand 2 minutes. Serves 6 From the files of Ellen Cleary Submitted By GAIL SHIPP On 06-12-95
