Creamy cauliflower-pea medley

| 10 | ounces | Frozen green peas; (1 package) |
| 1 | cup | Peeled diced cucumber |
| 3 | tablespoons | Reduced-calorie ranch dressing |
| 2 | tablespoons | Nonfat sour cream alternative |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Dried whole dillweed |
| 5 | minutes; drain well. | |
Directions
Combine first 3 ingredients in a saucepan; bring to a boil. Cover and cook Combine cauliflower mixture and remaining ingredients in a bowl; toss well.
Yield: 4 servings (serving size: 1 cup).
