Ingredients

| 6 | cups | Soybeans -- cooked |
| 2 | tablespoons | Molasses |
| OR 2 drops maple flavoring | ||
| 2 | tablespoons | Brown sugar |
| Juice of 1 lemon | ||
| Salt -- to taste | ||
| 1 | can | Tomato soup |
| 1 | medium | Onion -- whole |
| 2 | tablespoons | Oil |
Directions
Mix all ingredients except the onion. Place in bean pot or baking dish. Put the whole onion in the center. Bake in moderate oven, adding a little bean broth or tomato juice as needed to keep moist.
Bake 1 hour or longer.
