Sausage cream cheese balls

Yield: 6 Servings

Measure Ingredient
4 ounces Jimmy DeanĀ® sausage
1 pack (8 oz) cream cheese; at room temperature
1 tablespoon Chopped green olives
\N \N Grated Parmesan cheese

Crumble and slowly cook sausage over medium heat in a skillet. Drain off excess fat. Mix cooked sausage with cream cheese. Add chopped olives. Form into bite-size balls. Roll in Parmesan cheese. Serve on toothpicks. Makes about 18 balls.
