Sausage and cheese balls

Ingredients
Quantity | Ingredient | |

1 | pounds | Hot sausage |
1 | pounds | Sharp cheddar cheese |
3 | cups | Bisquick mix |
Directions
Grate cheese. Mix all ingredients together. Knead like dough and keep mixing until thoroughly mixed. Shape into small balls (whatever size you wish). Bake at 325 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
Tip: these may be cooked, then frozen, and then just heat up and they are ready for serving.
