| 1 | pounds | Lean ground beef |
| ½ | teaspoon | Oregano |
| ½ | teaspoon | Garlic powder |
| ½ | teaspoon | Salt |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Crushed red pepper flakes |
| 1 | tablespoon | Melted butter |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Sage |
| 2 | Eggs, lightly beaten | |
| 1 | cup | Shredded cheddar cheese |
| ½ | cup | Grated Parmesan |
Directions
FILLING
Combine filling ingredients.
Roll out dough to a 12X10" rectangle. Spread filling to within 1" of edges. Roll up jelly roll fashion, sealing edges well. Bake on an ungreased baking sheet at 350F. 30-35 minutes until golden and bread tests done. Brush with butter before serving.
