¼ cup | Chopped celery |
¼ cup | Green pepper; chopped |
¼ cup | Milk |

Slice loaf of French bread in half; lengthwise and pick out the inside of the loaf. Reserve the crumbs. Cook sausage, green pepper and celery until sausage is brown. Drain. Add bread crumbs to sausage mixture; mix well. Mix milk and eggs together and add to sausage mixture. Place sausage mixture in bread. Top with cheese; put the top of bread on and spread with butter.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. You can use shred- ded sharp Cheddar cheese if desired.
