Sauce for grilled fish

| 2 | Eggs, hard-boiled | |
| ⅔ | cup | Olive oil |
| 4 | Anchovy fillets | |
| 7 | Drops of lemon juice | |
Directions
Chop egg yolks and anchovy fillets separately. Combine them in a mortar and pestle. Blend until smooth. Gradually stir in oil and lemon juice until sauce has a creamy consistency. Serve over grilled or boiled fish.
