Sauce for grilled fish

1 Cup

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 Eggs, hard-boiled
cup Olive oil
4 Anchovy fillets
7 Drops of lemon juice

Directions

Chop egg yolks and anchovy fillets separately. Combine them in a mortar and pestle. Blend until smooth. Gradually stir in oil and lemon juice until sauce has a creamy consistency. Serve over grilled or boiled fish.
