Measure Ingredient
2 ounces Coconut water (up to 3)
1½ ounce Light rum
2 teaspoons Fresh lime juice, or to taste
2 teaspoons Sugar, or to taste
\N \N Ice cubes

Finally, if you want to get fancy with the coconut water that you drained from your fresh coconut, Steven Raichlen says to make Saoco: Combine all of the ingredients except the ice in a shaker glass, and stir with a spoon until the sugar dissolves. Pour the mixture into a stemmed glass filled with ice.
