Santa fe chili corn bread

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 cup Yellow corn meal
1 cup All purpose flour
1 tablespoon Baking powder
2 tablespoons Sugar
1 teaspoon McCormick® Ground Cumin
½ teaspoon McCormick®Garlic Powder
½ teaspoon McCormick® Chili Powder
½ teaspoon Salt
¼ cup Canned chopped green chilies
1 cup Milk
¼ cup Butter; melted
1 \N Egg
\N \N Additional McCormick® Chili Powder

1. Preheat oven to 425º F. Lightly grease an 8x8-inch pan.

2. Combine first 8 ingredients; add chilies. Stir in milk, butter and egg.

3. Pour into pan; sprinkle with Chili Powder. Bake for 20 min.

Serves 9.
