Sw green chile cornbread

Ingredients

½cupSugar
4Eggs
½cupGreen chilies, diced
cupCorn, cream style
½cupJack cheese, shredded
½cupCheddar cheese, shredded
1cupFlour
1cupYellow cornmeal
2tablespoonsBaking powder
1teaspoonSalt

Directions

In a mixer, cream butter and sugar; reduce speed to slow and add eggs, one at a time. Add chilies, corn, both cheeses, flour, cornmeal, baking powder and salt. Mix well.

Bake for 1 hour at 325 F in a well buttered 9" square pan.
