|¾ pounds||Beef sirloin steak -- cut|
|Into thin strips|
|½ cup||Red currant jelly*|
|2 teaspoons||Dijon mustard|
|1||16 oz. pkg Green Giant|
|San Francisco style frozen|
Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. add meat; cook and stir until no longer pink. in a small bowl, combine jelly, cornstarch and mustard. blend well. add jelly mixture and frozen vegetables to meat.
Cover and simmer 5 to 7 minutes until vegetables are crisp-tender, stirring constantly. serve over rice, if desired.
