Szechuan stir fry

Yield: 2 Servings

Measure Ingredient
½ pounds Steak, sliced in thin strips
\N \N Rice
¼ cup Soy sauce
¼ cup Sliced green onions
2 tablespoons Canola oil
2 tablespoons Cooking sherry
2 teaspoons McCormick Szechuan Seasoning
½ teaspoon Garlic powder


Combine sauce ingredients & set aside.

Spray a skillet with nonstick cooking spray & stir fry meat until no longer pink. Drain juices. Add sauce to skillet. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer a few minutes.

Serve over rice.
