Measure | Ingredient |

½ pounds | Steak, sliced in thin strips |

¼ cup | Soy sauce |
¼ cup | Sliced green onions |
2 tablespoons | Canola oil |
2 tablespoons | Cooking sherry |
2 teaspoons | McCormick Szechuan Seasoning |
½ teaspoon | Garlic powder |
SAUCE
Combine sauce ingredients & set aside.
Spray a skillet with nonstick cooking spray & stir fry meat until no longer pink. Drain juices. Add sauce to skillet. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer a few minutes.
Serve over rice.
