Yield: 2 Servings
|½ pounds||Steak, sliced in thin strips|
|¼ cup||Soy sauce|
|¼ cup||Sliced green onions|
|2 tablespoons||Canola oil|
|2 tablespoons||Cooking sherry|
|2 teaspoons||McCormick Szechuan Seasoning|
|½ teaspoon||Garlic powder|
Combine sauce ingredients & set aside.
Spray a skillet with nonstick cooking spray & stir fry meat until no longer pink. Drain juices. Add sauce to skillet. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer a few minutes.
Serve over rice.
