Szechuan stir fry

Ingredients

| ½ | pounds | Steak, sliced in thin strips |

| ¼ | cup | Soy sauce |
| ¼ | cup | Sliced green onions |
| 2 | tablespoons | Canola oil |
| 2 | tablespoons | Cooking sherry |
| 2 | teaspoons | McCormick Szechuan Seasoning |
| ½ | teaspoon | Garlic powder |
Directions
SAUCE
Combine sauce ingredients & set aside.
Spray a skillet with nonstick cooking spray & stir fry meat until no longer pink. Drain juices. Add sauce to skillet. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer a few minutes.
Serve over rice.
