Szechuan stir fry

Ingredients

½poundsSteak, sliced in thin strips
Rice
¼cupSoy sauce
¼cupSliced green onions
2tablespoonsCanola oil
2tablespoonsCooking sherry
2teaspoonsMcCormick Szechuan Seasoning
½teaspoonGarlic powder

Directions

SAUCE

Combine sauce ingredients & set aside.

Spray a skillet with nonstick cooking spray & stir fry meat until no longer pink. Drain juices. Add sauce to skillet. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer a few minutes.

Serve over rice.
