Ingredients

| 1 | teaspoon | Coriander powder |
| ½ | teaspoon | Cumin powder |
| ½ | teaspoon | Laos powder (greater galangal) |

| 10 | Chiles, red, large, hot, crushed | |
| 6 | teaspoons | Terasi |
| 1 | tablespoon | Lemon juice |
| 1 | teaspoon | Palm sugar (or brown sugar) |
| Peanut oil, as required | ||
Directions
Fry together in a little hot oil: garlic, onion, coriander, cumin, laos, brown sugar.
