Ingredients

2Garlic cloves, crushed
1Onion, large, crushed
1teaspoonCoriander powder
½teaspoonCumin powder
½teaspoonLaos powder (greater galangal)
Salt to taste
10Chiles, red, large, hot, crushed
6teaspoonsTerasi
1tablespoonLemon juice
1teaspoonPalm sugar (or brown sugar)
Peanut oil, as required

Directions

Fry together in a little hot oil: garlic, onion, coriander, cumin, laos, brown sugar.
