½ teaspoon | Laos powder (greater galangal) |

6 teaspoons | Terasi |
1 tablespoon | Lemon juice |
1 teaspoon | Palm sugar (or brown sugar) |

Fry together in a little hot oil: garlic, onion, coriander, cumin, laos, brown sugar.
