Measure Ingredient
2 \N Garlic cloves, crushed
1 \N Onion, large, crushed
1 teaspoon Coriander powder
½ teaspoon Cumin powder
½ teaspoon Laos powder (greater galangal)
\N \N Salt to taste
10 \N Chiles, red, large, hot, crushed
6 teaspoons Terasi
1 tablespoon Lemon juice
1 teaspoon Palm sugar (or brown sugar)
\N \N Peanut oil, as required

Fry together in a little hot oil: garlic, onion, coriander, cumin, laos, brown sugar.
