Measure Ingredient
28 ounces Canned, chopped, peeled -
\N \N Tomatoes
7 ounces Chopped green chiles
2 \N Bunches green onions, -
\N \N Chopped
1 teaspoon Sugar
1½ teaspoon Salt
½ teaspoon Black pepper
2 tablespoons Lemon juice
\N \N Hot pepper sauce or
\N \N Jalapenos chopped

Combine tomatoes, chiles, onions, sugar, salt, pepper and lemon juice. Add hot pepper sauce or chopped jalapenos to taste. Makes about 1½ quarts of salsa.
