Measure Ingredient
2 eaches Tomato; diced
1 each Pepper, bell, green; seeded/diced
3 eaches Jalapeno; deveined
¼ cup Onion, red; chopped
2 tablespoons Coriander, fresh; chopped
1 tablespoon Lime juice
1 pinch Sugar (opt)
Salt
Pepper, black

In a bowl, combine tomatoes, peppers, onion, coriander and lime juice. Just before serving, season with pinch sugar, salt and pepper to taste. Makes about 2 cups. From The (Montreal) Gazette, 5/29/91 per James Lor
