Salmon loaf (bobbie beers)

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 can Salmon
½ cup Fine bread crumbs
⅓ cup Celery, chopped fine
⅓ cup Onion, chopped fine
½ cup Mayonnaise
½ teaspoon Salt
\N \N Pepper to taste
\N \N Paprika
1 \N Sprig parsley

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Drain salmon, saving liquid. Flake salmon. Combine bread crumbs and seasoning with mayonnaise. Mix throughly. Pack into small greased loaf pan. Sprinkle generously with paprika. Bake 45 minutes.
