Salmon croquettes #5

Yield: 12 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 cups Flaked; cooked salmon
2 cups Mashed potatoes
1½ teaspoon Anchovy paste
⅛ teaspoon Pepper
1 \N Egg; beaten
1 tablespoon Parsley; minced
1 teaspoon Lemon juice
\N \N Worcestershire sauce

From: Joel Ehrlich <Joel.Ehrlich@...> Date: Mon, 5 Sep 1994 22:18:06 -0400 (EDT) Combine the ingredients. Mix well. Chill and the shape croquettes. Bread and allow to dry for at least one hour. Deep fry 2 to 4 minutes, drain and allow to dry on a paper towel.
