Salmon croquettes 2

Yield: 12 Croquettes

Measure Ingredient
2 cups Flaked, Cooked Salmon
2 cups Mashed Potatoes
1½ teaspoon Anchovy Paste
⅛ teaspoon Pepper
1 \N Egg, Beaten
1 tablespoon Parsley, Minced
1 teaspoon Lemon Juice
\N \N Worcestershire Sauce

Combine the ingredients. Mix well. Chill and the shape croquettes.

Bread and allow to dry for at least one hour. Deep fry 2 to 4 minutes, drain and allow to dry on a paper towel.
