|4 tablespoons||Cofectioners sugar|
|Real Sour Cream|
Sieve the sugar to remove lumps, mix into the sour cream. Taste for sweetness. It should not be real sweet but should just barely mask that sour cream tang so you wouldn't know it was sour cream unless you made it.
Just for the fun of it, Experiment with different kinds of sweetners like honey or fruit juice or try flavorings or dessert liquors.
