Route 66 chess pie

Measure Ingredient
2 cups Sugar
1 tablespoon Flour
1 tablespoon Yellow Cornmeal
4 \N Eggs -- unbeaten
½ teaspoon Vanilla
¼ cup Butter -- melted
¼ cup Milk
4 tablespoons Lemon Juice
1 \N 9 Inch Pie Shell -- unbaked

Combine dry ingredients and stir in eggs, vanilla, butter, milk and lemon juice. Pour into an unbaked 9-inch pie shell. Bake for 35 to 40 mins in preheated 350 F oven. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
